Located in Dayton, Ohio, CSafe designs and manufactures reliable thermal management products to maintain valuable temperature-sensitive payloads at The Right Temperature® during transit.  After the recent merger of CSafe and AcuTemp Thermal Systems, the new company, is now the only global provider of a full line of cold chain solutions including packaging, passive systems, active systems, with both airline and non-airline approval, and the world’s largest producer of actively controlled mobile refrigeration units for life sciences, healthcare, military and international disaster relief agencies.  Offerings range from small passive shipping boxes to large active shipping containers equipped with sophisticated data-logging capabilities.  The Company also offers advanced thermal testing and package validation services in its ISTA-certified testing laboratory. CSafe product lines are marketed directly and through a worldwide network of distributors to businesses with temperature-sensitive requirements in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, public health, defense and transportation/logistics markets.

We are a dynamic company with a 1st Shift Customer Support Specialist opening.  The Specialist will provide timely and effective customer service and support to Europe, Asia and the Middle East for the AcuTemp RKN temperature controlled containers.  

Key responsibilities are as followed:
 Critical Customer Service point-of-contact
     o   Answer phone calls and emails related to container availability and requests.
     o   First line responder of user questions and directs inquires/calls to technical support.
 ​Lease Tracking
     o   Track containers in service, repair or on reserve.
     o   Arrange delivery of leased containers.
     o   Contact customers to verify renewals or arrange for containers to be picked up by Service Centers.
▫   Document Control-Use Asset Management software to
     o   Track units.
     o   Maintain lease requests and order acknowledgements.
▫   Track global inventory levels at Service Centers and manufacturing facility.
▫   Administrative related duties.
Requirements are as followed:
▫   High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
▫   5 years of customer service experience in leasing/logistics industry.
▫   Excellent communicator.
▫   Ability to manage constantly changing workload while meeting deadlines.
▫   Professional demeanor, tact, diplomacy and ability to maintain good relationships with internal/external customers under stressful conditions.
▫   Must possess analytical thinking and reasoning skills.
▫   Must be thorough and exercise attention to detail.
▫   Must be able to set and maintain schedules.
▫   Organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
▫   Computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Asset Management System or similar business management system.
▫   Speaking and writing in a foreign language is a plus.
▫   Strong interpersonal skills.
▫   Strong team player.
▫   Office environment.
▫   Some overtime and weekends.
