As Chief Executive Officer of CSafe Global, Jeff Pepperworth is responsible for CSafe Global’s strategy for growth and profitability, for the vision for the corporate brand as well as for the company’s operations. Mr. Pepperworth joined CSafe Global as Chief Executive Officer in March 2018.
Mr. Pepperworth brings more than twenty years experience in business and financial management in successful global companies, including UPS and Cleveland Clinic. His broad executive management experience has spanned supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, product innovation, patient, consumer, and business services.
Prior to joining CSafe Global, Mr. Pepperworth was President of Healthcare Services for Inmar, where he guided tremendous growth in pharmacy and medication services for the industry. Previously, Mr. Pepperworth was with Cleveland Clinic where he was Senior Director of Materials Management and was directly responsible for modernizing the delivery, procurement, and material handlings systems for the global organization. Mr. Pepperworth served with UPS, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Global Logistics and Distribution.
Jeff Pepperworth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Pat Schafer is CSafe’s Chief Financial Officer. He joined CSafe in March 2012 as a member of the Senior Executive Team. He guides strategy development and execution and is responsible for Finance, Treasury, Tax, Information Technology, Purchasing, and Human Resources.
Having held senior level positions in both the US and Europe, Mr. Schafer most recently was the Vice President of Finance for Clopay Plastic Products, a leader in hygienic films. Prior to that, Pat lived in Dusseldorf, Germany and was the Director of Global Finance for the Henkel Chemicals (Cognis) Group. Pat began his career in public accounting with Coopers and Lybrand.
Pat has a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University and a Master’s degree from Duke University.
Vice President Global Operations
As VP of Operations at CSafe Global, Tom Weir leads CSafe’s engineering, service, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams. Mr. Weir joined CSafe Global as Vice President of Global Operations in June of 2017.
Mr. Weir brings more than 15 year’s executive experience leading global engineering and operations teams. Tom has extensive global experience having lead teams in Europe, Ukraine, Mexico, and Asia. His industry experience includes aviation, cold chain logistics, payment systems, and clinical trial technology. During his career, Mr. Weir has successfully led transformational strategic initiatives in operations, new product development, manufacturing, and service. Tom’s professional experience includes technical leadership roles at industry leaders including Boeing, United technologies (Sensitech division), and Crane Payment Systems (formally MEI).
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kansas University and Master’s in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. Tom also completed executive leadership training at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President Global Marketing
Brad Jennings, VP of Global Marketing and Partner Management, is responsible for marketing strategy, product management, and ensuring an optimal network of airline and freight forwarder business partners. Mr. Jennings joined CSafe Global in July of 2017.
Brad Jennings has had a unique professional background in which he had spent 23 years of his career abroad in Europe, Asia, and Africa, with most of this time serving in senior-level Marketing, Commercial, and GM roles in the pharmaceuticals and biologics sectors. His life-science and health-care experience spans more than 20 years, and has included key leadership and management roles with industry leaders like Novartis Vaccines, Novartis Pharma, Baxter Healthcare, and Baxalta, before moving into the executive leadership role with CSafe Global.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Biology and Business Administration from Austin College (Texas), and an International Master of Business Administration degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (Arizona) where he had a dual concentration in International Marketing and Finance.
