CSafe Global is investing further in the customer experience with the addition of Ron Trainer as the Director of Customer Service.   

DAYTON, Ohio, Aug. 18, 2021 – CSafe Global, the innovation leader in temperature-controlled container solutions for the transport of life-enhancing pharmaceuticals, announced today that Ron Trainer has officially joined the organization as Director of Customer Service.

Trainer has had an extensive career leading teams in the technology sector most recently as head of customer support and success for Xplor Technologies where he developed an end-to-end customer journey for more than 22,000 customers. As the Director, Global Service Model for 1WorldSync, Trainer developed the vision and strategy for the global customer experience. In his new role at CSafe, he will be responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction and care, including the design and implementation of the global customer service and success strategies.
