CSafe maintains multiple state-of-the-art global test laboratories. As a proud member of the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA), our laboratories are fully ISTA-certified and regularly audited to an exacting globally recognized industry standard.

Our global Qualification Team consists of highly skilled engineers with expertise in pharmaceutical and cold chain packaging, aviation regulations, aerospace safety technologies associated with operational design, test and validation. Our engineers are trained and certified to the highest industry standards and play an active role in developing key industry standards such as IATA Temperature Control Regulation (TCR), IATA Unit Load Device Regulations (ULDR) and IATA Digital & Interactive Cargo working groups, among others. This extensive experience and involvement in industry-leading initiatives has positioned CSafe at the forefront of performance and safety testing for its large portfolio of temperature-controlled solutions.

Our comprehensive testing capabilities include both dynamic thermal simulations, as well as environmental chamber testing with temperature ranges from -70°C to +80°C to emulate any thermal profile or specific shipment lane protocols. Using state-of-the-art calibrated environmental test chambers, advanced data-acquisition systems, and sophisticated control and analysis software, we verify the integrity of internal payload temperatures across extreme ambient conditions.

With decades of experience in designing and qualifying temperature-controlled shipping solutions, CSafe has built an extensive library of test reports and data covering a wide variety of shipment profiles and environmental extremes. These resources are available to customers, helping to accelerate the qualification process.
